The bus stop is approximately 75 metres from the house, several buses go to the UWE taking approx 5 minutes to get there. It would take about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the UWE Frenchay Campus from the house.
There are also buses to the mall, Bristol town centre and Parkway station.
There is a shop in the garage opposite for milk, bread, and papers etc, a Bar/pub within the Harvester restaurant. Also a pub only a short walk at Frenchay common. Another restaurant/Indian takeaway, shop post office, chemist and a chip shop all only 15 minute walk, or 3 minute bus ride.
There are three parking spaces 2 at the front of the house and one at the back. There is a garden for your use and a bike shed.
Contract details & Prices
The contract runs from 22nd July to 21st July with 12 monthly payments, or can be paid in advance for the year if wished.

Deposit is one month's rental.
You will need to complete an application for tenancy form and provide a guarantor form fully completed before or on the day that contract are signed.
The deposit is paid on signing the contract. Deposits are protected by my deposits solutions as per government regulations within 14 days of being paid.
If you would like to reserve the rooms then we would need a £50 holding /admin fee for each tenant. This fee is non returnable if for any reason the tenant changes their mind and thus does not sign the contract. The deposit is paid less the £50 holding fee on signing the contract.
The holding fee can be returned within the first 24 hrs if you change your mind.
